What is your cancellation policy, and do I need to tip?
Tricoci asks for at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment. Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice and 50% of the service price is charged; miss the appointment without notice and the full 100% is charged. Tipping is at your discretion, with 15–20% customary at salons.
